RULE 2014-1. EMPLOYMENT OF PROFESSIONALS An application for employment, Local Form 2014-1(A), made pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2014, may be ruled upon ex parte or may be set for hearing, at the discretion of the Court. A local proposed order, Local Form 2014-1(B), shall be submitted with such application in compliance with Local Rule 9072-1 and this Court's CM/ECF Administrative Guide.
