RULE 2015-1. TRUSTEES - GENERAL The duty of a Chapter 7 or Chapter 11 trustee or Chapter 11 DIP to file reports required by 11 U.S.C. §§ 704(a)(8) and 1106(a)(1) and Bankruptcy Rule 2015(a)(3), shall continue until the entry of a final decree, unless the Court directs otherwise, according to the format and time schedule provided by the U. S. Trustee or ordered by the Court.
