RULE 3015-2. AMENDED CHAPTER 12 & 13 PLANS Chapter 13 Plans shall comply with Local Form 3015-1(B). Amended Chapter 12 or 13 Plans shall supersede all prior plans unless otherwise authorized by the Court, state the changes made and the creditors affected), be accompanied by Local Form 420C-1, Notice of Confirmation Hearing and Notice of Objection Deadline, and be mailed to all parties listed on the official mailing matrix, the United States Trustee and the Chapter 12 or 13 trustee twenty-eight (28) days prior to the confirmation hearing, along with a certificate of mailing each time a plan is amended.
