RULE 3015-5. NOTICE OF CHAPTER 12 CONFIRMATION HEARING The Clerk shall prepare the notice of confirmation hearing. The Clerk or the DIP if the Court directs, shall mail to the matrix, the notice and plan within seven (7) days of the entry of the notice of confirmation hearing. Proof of service shall be filed within two (2) days of the mailing.
