Local Rule RULE 3016-1: DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND CHAPTER 11 PLAN-GENERAL

RULE 3016-1. DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND CHAPTER 11 PLAN-GENERAL A.The proponent of the disclosure statement and Chapter 11 Plan shall mail a copy of the disclosure statement in compliance with Bankruptcy Rule 3017(a) within three (3) days of filing. Within two (2) days thereafter, the disclosure statement proponent shall file a certificate of mailing evidencing compliance.
B.Any amended disclosure statement or amended Chapter 11 Plan, shall be complete in and of itself and supersede all prior versions unless otherwise authorized by the Court upon request of the plan proponent.
C.Notice of Disclosure Statement Hearing - The Clerk or DIP, as the Court may direct, shall prepare and mail the notice of disclosure statement hearing.
