RULE 3019-1. AMENDED CHAPTER 11 PLAN Any amended Chapter 11 Plan shall be complete in all respects and supersede all prior versions. A separate pleading entitled "Summary of Amendments" shall accompany all amended plans. The summary shall state the changes made and the creditors affected by the amendments with reference to the original plan. This rule may be waived upon request of a party in interest.
