RULE 5001-2. CLERK - OFFICE LOCATION/HOURS A.Location of the Court. The Bankruptcy Court is located in the U.S. Post Office and Courthouse Building at 101 N. 5th Street in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This is the address that should be used for all deliveries.
