RULE 7005-2. FILING OF DISCOVERY MATERIALS Requests for oral depositions, interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admissions, and answers and responses thereto shall be served on all parties to the adversary proceeding, but shall not be filed unless so ordered by the Court or attached to a pleading for use in the proceeding. If Court intervention is sought concerning any discovery matter, copies of the portions of the discovery material at issue shall be attached as exhibits to the discovery motion. Copies of relevant discovery materials may also be filed in a like manner in connection with any response to a discovery motion.
