RULE 8004-1. MOTIONS FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL.
A.Fee Required. A motion for leave to appeal shall comply with Bankruptcy Rule 8004 and be accompanied by the prescribed filing fee set forth in 28 U.S.C. §1930.
B.No Designation Required Until Leave to Appeal Docketed. The filing deadlines set forth in Bankruptcy Rule 8009 shall not begin until the Appellate Court order granting the motion is docketed in the Bankruptcy Court. Within seven (7) days from the entry of the Appellate Court order granting a motion for leave to appeal, the appellant shall pay the prescribed appellate docketing fee to the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court.
