Local Rule Rule 4006: Notice of No Discharge
Bankr. E.D. Pa. — General rule
Rule 4006. Notice of No Discharge If an order is entered denying or revoking a discharge or if a waiver of discharge is filed, the clerk, after the order becomes final or the waiver is filed, or, in the case of an individual, if the case is closed without the entry of an order of discharge, shall promptly give notice thereof to all parties in interest in the manner provided in Rule 2002.
