RULE 1071-1. DIVISIONS — BANKRUPTCY COURT There are four divisions of the court. The headquarters of each division and the counties comprising each division are as follows:
Name of Division: Northeastern; Clerk's Office: Greeneville; Counties: Carter, Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington Name of Division: Northern; Clerk's Office: Knoxville; Counties: Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier, and Union Name of Division: Southern; Clerk's Office: Chattanooga; Counties: Bledsoe, Bradley, Hamilton, McMinn, Marion, Meigs, Polk, Rhea, and Sequatchie Name of Division: Winchester; Clerk's Office: Chattanooga; Counties: Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Lincoln, Moore, Van Buren, and Warren
