RULE 3003-1. CLAIMS — TIME FOR FILING / CHAPTER 11
(a) Chapter 11 Claims Generally. Except as provided for governmental units and for cases commenced under Subchapter V of Chapter 11, a proof of claim is timely filed if it is filed not later than 120 days after the order for relief.
(b) Governmental Units. A proof of claim filed by a governmental unit is timely filed if it is filed not later than 180 days after the order for relief.
(c) Subchapter V Claims Generally. Other than for a governmental unit, a proof of claim in a case commenced under Subchapter V of Chapter 11 is timely filed if it is filed not later than 70 days after the order for relief.
