RULE 3022-1. ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSURE — INDIVIDUAL CHAPTER 11 CASE In a Chapter 11 case in which the debtor is an individual and obtains confirmation of a plan, the debtor may move for an administrative closure of the case without entry of a final decree on the final disposition of all contested matters and adversary proceedings, including appeals. A party in interest including the debtor may move to reopen a case that has been administratively closed under this rule without the necessity of paying a filing fee.
