RULE 5080-1. FEES — GENERAL The payment of applicable fees is required on the filing of any petition, motion, or complaint, except a petition accompanied by an application to pay the filing fee in installments or for waiver of the filing fee in accordance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1006(b) and (c), respectively. A list of the required fees is available on the court's website, www.tneb.uscourts.gov. Once a fee has been paid, it may not be returned except by order of the court. On dismissal of a Chapter 13 case, the Chapter 13 trustee must pay any unpaid filing fee from funds on hand at the time of dismissal.
