RULE 5080-2. FEES — OVERPAYMENT The clerk of court is unable to make change in the event of an overpayment of a filing fee installment or of fees generally. However, on the filing of a motion and submission of a proposed order, an overpayment may be refunded on entry of the court order. Absent an overpayment request before the case is closed, overpayments of fees in a case will be forfeited to the United States Treasury.
