RULE 6008-1. REDEMPTION A motion to redeem pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 722 and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 6008 must, in addition to other material averments, contain— (1) a description of the property sought to be redeemed; (2) a statement of the debtor's good faith estimate of the value of the collateral; and (3) a statement that the property has been abandoned or is exempt.
