Local Rule 7045-1: SUBPOENA — PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS

RULE 7045-1. SUBPOENA — PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS When a party is entitled, pursuant to a subpoena or court order, to inspect and obtain copies of books, papers, or documents of a person or entity that is not a party to the contested matter or adversary proceeding, the party inspecting and copying the materials must, within a reasonable period of time, provide to all other parties an opportunity to inspect and obtain copies of all such materials.
