RULE 9006-1. TIME PERIODS Every motion for an order extending or shortening time pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9006(b)(1) and (c)(1), respectively, must describe in detail the need and justification for the relief sought and must allege the facts that the movant contends demonstrate cause for the relief sought.
