RULE 9070-1. EXHIBITS Exhibits introduced during a hearing on a contested matter or trial of an adversary proceeding should be withdrawn after 30 days following the final determination of the contested matter or adversary proceeding unless an appeal is filed. Exhibits not withdrawn may be destroyed by the clerk of court on notice to the parties.
