Local Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 3002-1. FILING PROOF OF CLAIM OR INTEREST.
(a) Redaction of Personal Identifiers The requirements of LBR 9013(d) regarding the redaction of personal identifiers applies to proofs of claim, and attachments thereto, filed with the Court.
(b) Service A copy of a proof of claim or interest, with attachments, must be served on the debtor, evidenced by a certificate of service filed with the Court. Service upon the debtor's counsel and the case trustee shall be accomplished by electronic means through the transmission facilities of the Court.
