RULE 1074-1 CORPORATIONS, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES OR PARTNERSHIPS A voluntary petition or consent to an involuntary petition filed by a corporation, limited liability company, general partnership, limited liability partnership or limited partnership, shall be signed by an attorney and accompanied by a copy of the corporate resolution or other appropriate authorization, duly attested to, authorizing such filing.
Comments 1074-1 In addition to a corporation, a limited liability company, general partnership, limited liability partnership, or limited partnership must meet the requirements set forth in the Rule. [Amendment effective 12/01/09.]
