RULE 1075-1 PROCEDURES FOR COMPLEX CHAPTER 11 CASES The "Procedures for Complex Chapter 11 Cases in the Eastern District of Virginia" (Exhibit 15 to these Local Bankruptcy Rules), as may be amended from time to time, shall apply to Complex Cases, as such term is defined therein. In the event of any internal inconsistency between these Local Bankruptcy Rules and the Procedures for Complex Chapter 11 Cases in the Eastern District of Virginia, the Procedures for Complex Chapter 11 Cases in the Eastern District of Virginia shall control.
Comments 1075-1 This rule is new and promulgates "Procedures for Complex Chapter 11 Cases in the Eastern District of Virginia." This document is incorporated into a new Exhibit 15 to these Local Bankruptcy Rules. [New Rule effective 4/26/2021.]
1075-1 This rule is amended to clarify and confirm that inconsistencies between the Complex Case procedures in Exhibit 15 and the Local Bankruptcy Rules shall be resolved in favor of the former, so as to align with existing language in Exhibit 15. [Change effective 08/01/23.]
