RULE 1075-2 PROCEDURES FOR ASSIGNMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF "MEGA CASES" IN THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF VIRGINIA The "Procedures for Assignment and Administration of 'Mega Cases' in the Eastern District of Virginia" (Exhibit 16) as may be amended from time to time, shall apply to Mega Cases, as such term is defined therein.
Comments 1075-2 This rule is new and promulgates "Procedures for Assignment and Administration of 'Mega Cases' in the Eastern District of Virginia." This document is incorporated into a new Exhibit 16 to these Local Bankruptcy Rules. [New Rule effective 2/15/22.]
