RULE 4003-2 LIEN AVOIDANCE All motions filed under FRBP 4003(d) are contested matters and are governed by 11 U.S.C. §522(f), FRBP 9014, and these Local Bankruptcy Rules. Except as provided in LBR 3015-2 governing Chapter 13 Plan Requirements, if no response to a motion for lien avoidance is filed within 21 days after service of the motion, relief may be granted without a hearing.
