Rule 1006-1 Filing Fee
(a) Payment of Filing Fee in Installments All applications to pay filing fees in installments shall be filed using Official Form 103A, Application for Individuals to Pay the Filing Fee in Installments. Seventy-five dollars ($75) of the filing fee shall be due at the time the petition is filed for debtors applying to pay the filing fee in installments. The court will enter an order or set the matter for hearing.
(b) Waiver of Filing Fee All applications to waive the Chapter 7 filing fee shall be filed using Official Form 103B, Application to Have the Chapter 7 Filing Fee Waived. The court will enter an order or set the matter for hearing. An order granting an application for waiver of the Chapter 7 filing fee may be reconsidered and vacated by the court on its own motion or on motion of a party in interest if developments in the case show that the waiver was not warranted at the time of the application or that factors leading to the initial waiver no longer exist.
