Rule 2072-1 Notice to Other Courts A debtor who is a party to an action in any other court shall, as soon as possible following the filing of a petition for relief, give notice to the court, any judge to whom the case is assigned and all other parties. The notice shall identify the court, case caption, docket number and date such petition was filed.
