Rule 3002.1-1 Designation of Servicing Agent in Chapter 13 Cases If the holder of a claim secured by an interest in the debtor's real property designates a servicing agent for that claim, notice of that designation, or a change in the designation, shall be filed with the court and served upon the debtor, debtors' attorney and the trustee within thirty (30) days of such designation or change in designation.
