Rule 7001-1 Contested Matters & Adversary Proceedings - Infants and Incompetent Persons In contested matters and adversary proceedings, infants and incompetent persons shall be represented by a duly appointed general guardian, conservator, next friend, guardian ad litem or other like fiduciary. A certified copy of the order appointing such representative shall be filed prior to any action in the matter being taken on behalf of the infant or incompetent person.
