LR 1005-1 Disclosure of Spouse In any case filed by a married debtor in which the debtor's spouse is not a joint debtor, the debtor must file in a manner that allows inclusion in the notice of the meeting of creditors the name, address, and Social Security number of the debtor's spouse if known or reasonably obtainable.
