LR 1007-1 Matrix
(a) The debtor must file a separate master service list or "Matrix" in the form specified in the Appendix to these Rules that states the names and addresses of all creditors and other parties entitled to notice, including the debtor's spouse, unless the spouse is a joint debtor.
(b) A debtor who amends Schedules D or E/F to add or change creditors or creditor addresses must file a supplemental matrix listing only the new creditors and addresses when filing the amended schedule.
