LR 2002-1 Creditors' Notices Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 342(f)
Creditors filing notices of preferred addresses pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 342(f) must file those notices directly with the court's notice provider as defined in Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9001(b)(9) and 2002(g)(4). The Clerk will publish the notice provider's name and contact information in the Appendix to these Local Rules.
