LR 2002-2 Limited Notice to Bankruptcy Petition Preparers In any case commenced by a petition prepared by a bankruptcy petition preparer ("BPP"), as defined in 11 U.S.C. § 110, and in which the BPP fails to file Official Forms B 119 or B 2800 or otherwise provide the court with an accurate mailing address, notice to the BPP will be limited to entry of a notice or an order on the docket.
