LR 9006-3 Paper Filing After Office Hours The court deems papers deposited in the Clerk's drop box after hours to be filed at 11:59:59 p.m. on the day preceding their collection by the Clerk. The Clerk will stamp the date and time on those documents accordingly. Unless a court order specifies a different time of day by which a filing must be made, a document the Clerk stamps received on or before 11:59:59 p.m. on the deadline date is timely filed.
