LR 9027-1 Consent to Final Order: Removal A party's failure to include in a removal notice or post‐removal pleading a statement concerning whether the party consents to the bankruptcy court's entry of a final order or judgment as required by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9027(a)(1) or (e)(3) constitutes a forfeiture of the right to withhold that consent.
