Local Rule RULE 1016-1: DEATH OR INCOMPETENCE OF DEBTOR

RULE 1016-1 DEATH OR INCOMPETENCE OF DEBTOR In the event of the death or incompetence of an individual debtor or a joint debtor, counsel for the debtor or the joint debtor, or a personal representative authorized under applicable state law to make decisions on behalf of the decedent's estate, shall file a suggestion of death using Local Form 2 setting forth whether administration of the bankruptcy estate is possible and in the best interest of the parties.
