RULE 4001-3 EXTENDING OR IMPOSING THE STAY A motion seeking an extension of the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(3) shall be filed and served upon interested parties within seven (7) days of the filing of the petition. A motion seeking to impose the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(4) shall be filed and served upon interested parties as soon as practicable after the filing of the petition.
