RULE 9013-1 MOTION PRACTICE
(a) In the event of an emergency where the moving party needs relief on an expedited basis, the provisions of this Local Rule apply.
(1) The title of the motion shall prominently state that it is an emergency; the motion shall state the facts upon which the parties are relying; and at the time the motion is filed, notice shall be served on all parties in interest.
(2) The moving party must contact the courtroom deputy via email to make the Court aware of the emergency filing.
(3) If the motion is not filed pursuant to the requirements of this Local Rule, the motion will be set for hearing on a regularly scheduled Court docket.
(b) For all filings, the movant must file a certificate of service stating with specificity who was served and how service was obtained or perfected as set forth in Local Rule 9013-3.
