RULE 9027-1 REMOVAL
(a) The party filing a notice of removal of a claim or cause of action under 28 U.S.C. § 1452 and FED. R. BANKR. P. 9027 shall file with the notice of removal a complete copy of the non-bankruptcy court record, including copies of all papers on file in the non-bankruptcy court.
(b) Within fourteen (14) days of filing the notice of removal, the removing party shall file in this Court proof that it filed a copy of the notice of removal with the clerk of the court from which the claim or cause of action was removed in compliance with FED. R. BANKR. P. 9027(c).
