Rule 9016-1 SUBPOENAS BEFORE TRIAL Absent Court order to the contrary, subpoenas before trial shall be filed with the Court and, as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 45(a)(4), incorporated by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9016, served on each party to the adversary proceeding or contested matter prior to being served on the person to whom the subpoena is directed.
