3001-1 Electronic Filing of Proofs of Claim
(a) In all cases, proofs of claim shall be filed electronically with the Clerk according to the Administrative Procedures Manual.
(b) The filing of a proof of claim electronically shall constitute the filer's approved signature by law, and the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 152 shall apply.
