3002-1 Notice of Payment Change for Home Equity Line of Credit As authorized by FRBP 3002.1(b)(1), the holder of a claim that arises from a home equity line of credit may file quarterly notices of payment changes, starting ninety days after commencement of the case, rather than noticing each payment change.
