7004-1 Summons
(a) Plaintiff or its counsel shall request issuance of summons upon filing a complaint.
(b) Within the time provided for service under FRBP 7004(e), plaintiff or its counsel shall serve on all defendants: (i) the summons and notice of pretrial conference and (ii) the complaint. Plaintiff or its counsel shall file proof of service of the summons and notice of pretrial conference and complaint no later than seven days before the scheduling and preliminary pretrial conference.
