Local Rule 9013-2: Memoranda

9013-2 Memoranda If needed for an understanding of issues the motion raises, the mover shall file with the motion a memorandum concisely stating the grounds for the relief sought and citing supporting authorities. Memoranda shall be double-spaced and paginated. Without leave of court, memoranda shall not exceed fifteen pages, excluding attachments.
