Local Rule 9037-1: Redactions
Bankr. M.D. La. — General rule
9037-1 Redactions Parties filing documents that include personal or private information shall move to redact the information from the court's filing system and pay the appropriate filing fee. The motion shall state the reasons the document should be redacted, and the redacted version of the original document shall be attached to the motion. Mover shall submit the order with the redacted document attached, according to Local Rule 9013-5.
