Rule 2004-1 Depositions and Examinations.
The Court will consider a motion under F.R.B.P. 2004(a) fourteen (14) days after service on the respondent. If no objection or answer is filed within fourteen (14) days, an order may be entered by the Court. The order may be entered immediately if the motion contains a certification that the respondent has agreed to submit to the examination.
