Rule 4004-1 Motion to Defer Entry of Discharge Order.
A motion to defer entry of the discharge order for the purposes of obtaining additional time to file the Certification About a Financial Management Course (Official Form 423) must indicate why debtor is unable to obtain and file the certification within the required time period.
