Rule 7055-1 Default - Failure to Prosecute.
Subject to L.B.R. 7041-1, an adversary complaint may be dismissed if neither a response nor a motion for default judgment has been filed within forty-five (45) days after the response date to the complaint. If a motion for default judgment is filed, the Court may enter judgment by default against the defendant seven (7) days after the motion has been served on the defendant.
