Local Rule Administrative Order No. 24-02: Administrative Order – Appointment of the Clerk for the Northern District of Alabama

Administrative Order No. 24-02 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER In accordance with the authority conferred by 28 U.S.C. § 156(b), IT IS ORDERED that William M. Halcomb is hereby appointed as Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Mr. Halcomb shall enter upon the performance of the duties as Clerk of Court on December 30, 2024.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall exercise all powers and perform all duties in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
