Local Rule Admin. Order 25-02: Order Appointing Rachel L. Webber as Acting Clerk of Court

Admin. Order 25-02 ORDER APPOINTING RACHEL L. WEBBER AS ACTING CLERK OF COURT In view of the retirement of W. McCollum Halcomb, Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, and pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 954, the court designates Rachel L. Webber, currently Chief Deputy Clerk of Court as Acting Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama on an interim basis, with authority to act temporarily as Clerk of Court.
This designation shall be temporary and effective only until the earlier of (i) the appointment of a permanent Clerk of Court, which shall affect an automatic termination of this designation, appointment, and authority granted herein without further action by the court or (ii) the execution of a separate order by this court otherwise terminating the designation and appointment herein.
This appointment is effective as of 12:01 AM CST on October 11, 2025.
