Admin. Order 26-01 ORDER APPOINTING CLERK OF COURT In accordance with the authority conferred by 28 U.S.C. § 156(b), it is ORDERED that William "Matt" Tootle is hereby appointed as Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, effective at 12:01 a.m. CDT on March 23, 2026, and it is FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall exercise all powers and perform all duties in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
